Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans may change. To ensure

fairness and maintain the quality of our service,

the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before

the scheduled appointment/event: full refund of

the amount paid.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours

before: 50% of the total amount will be retained.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the

scheduled appointment/event: the full amount

will be retained and is non-refundable.

                                      Waiting Policy

During the booking process, we will provide you with your arrival time. At the airport, we will calculate a 1-hour waiting time from your landing time, which is included in the price. After this time, you will be charged a waiting fee
